- use NuttX gdb script for nxthreads and thread backtrace
 - update jlink_gdb_backtrace and jlink_debug_gdb helper targets to use
NuttX gdb script
 - Debug/PX4 fix "perf" divide by zero
 - Debug/PX4 add "dmesg"
